Gases doesnt have definite shape and doesnt have definite volume. Gas will only follow the shape and volume of its container. Unlike solid which has definite shape and a definite volume. Liquid have definite volume but doesnt have a definite shape.

Particle of gas:

Gas particle are far way from one another since they have less force of attraction between each molecule. Solid particle are tightly closed to each other while liquid are a little bit apart from each other. Because gas are far away from each other, they can be compressed to occupy  a lesser volume.

Gas has mass - you can determine the mass of gas using digital balance

Gas has pressure - If you put a marshmallow inside the syringe without allowing the gas particle to escape, as you push the plunger the pressure increases making the marshmallow to shrink.

Gas has volume - depending on the container, gas occupy the space in the container.

Gas has temperature - when you are using air conditioner, the temperature of the air decreases.
